since this is technically my first art piece on the site, i'd like to start off with a piece of art that i made a few years ago, before i even started work on a early website concept (or even started making music for that matter).

 

this is a fanmade game box art of the show code monkeys, in the style of it being a computer game (obviously). i really like code monkeys. a lot. it's probably one of my favorite shows of all time. i had originally uploaded this to twitter and instagram a while back, and i'm uploading it here for everyone to see again, because i can.

 

i feel like the fact that code monkeys ran for only 2 seasons on g4 really brings a bit of an undescribable emotion to me. that and sadness. it really goes to show that a year can go by awfully quick.
